Through 20 years of accumulated experiences on the CMP in the wafer side, we came up with a solution on a soldering flux, or pre-treatment on various metal surfaces, such as copper, silver or aluminum surfaces. The solders can be tin-lead solders or lead-free solders. But with our leading technology in CMP, the similar mechanism in CMP can be used in the soldering flux, and successful applied in the solar penal and the circuit board.
